Where do I start? Working with Ms. Constance Tetrev was a complete joy. She provided my facility with recommendations for infection control to keep residents and staff that were in compliance with rules and regulations of the state of Illinois. It was apparent that surveyors loved to work with her because she was transparent and showed great integrity in doing the right thing for residents. She kept the residents first, but was a huge advocate for staff! It was incredible to have someone who understood and coached others on hppds, staff retention and engagement strategies, infection control standards, and compliance of regulations, but genuinely cared about people. With all her knowledge she leads with grace and humility! I am incredibly thankful for her assistance in my building and I recommend her to others as she is about positive, sustainable results and has a heart for people.
